Power Washing

Concrete holds years of grime you stop noticing. One pass brings back its actual color.

Driveways and walkways gray out so slowly you forget what they looked like new. Then one clean pass with professional equipment shows the before-and-after line, and it's hard to stop watching.

Where real pressure belongs

Unlike siding and roofs, hard surfaces are where high pressure earns its keep. We run professional-grade equipment with surface cleaners that strip grime evenly, so you get a uniform finish instead of wand stripes.

Driveways, sidewalks, patios, and pavers all qualify. It also lifts the slippery film that makes shaded walkways treacherous in wet weather, which your ankles will appreciate come fall.

Pricing

Power washing is priced by the area we're cleaning, and it bundles well with a house wash since the crew is already on site. Request your quote online and we'll have your number back fast.

Straight answer on price: every home is priced personally, and requesting your quote takes about a minute. Put your home on a biannual plan and $50 comes off every cleaning, or quarterly for $100 off every cleaning.
Questions

Power Washing FAQs

01 Will pressure washing damage my concrete?

Not with the right equipment and technique. Surface cleaners spread the pressure evenly. What damages concrete is untrained hands holding a narrow tip too close.

02 Can you get oil stains out of a driveway?

We can usually improve them a lot with targeted treatment, though old, deep-set oil may leave a shadow. We'll tell you honestly what to expect when we see it.

03 Do you clean paver patios?

Yes. We adjust the approach so joint sand stays put as much as possible, and we'll flag it if your pavers would benefit from re-sanding after.

04 How long does a driveway take?

Most standard driveways take an hour or two. You can use it again as soon as it dries.
