Track Detailing

Tracks collect what the wind carries: grit, bugs, and grime. We detail them back to clean.

Open any window that's been through a North Shore winter and look down at the track: dead flies, sand, and a black grime line that a quick wipe won't touch. Tracks are the part of the window everyone sees and nobody cleans.

What detailing means

Detailing is the deep version: the track and channels get dug out, scrubbed, and wiped dry, corners included. Windows slide easier, seals seat better, and the view down the sill stops being embarrassing.

It's fine-grained, patient work, which is exactly why it's a separate service instead of a rushed extra.

Booking it

Track detailing pairs naturally with interior window cleaning since the windows are already open. Priced by the job: quote page or a quick call gets you a number fast.

Questions

Track Detailing FAQs

01 Isn't this included in window cleaning?

A wipe of the sills is. Detailing is the deep dig-out of the tracks and channels, and it takes real time per window, so it's its own service.

02 How long does it take?

Depends on the window count and how many winters the tracks have seen. We'll give you an honest time estimate with the price.

03 Will it help a sticky window?

Often, yes. Grit in the track is the most common reason a window drags. If the problem is the hardware instead, we'll tell you.

04 Do you do sliding door tracks too?

Yes, patio and slider tracks respond to the same treatment, and they're usually the dirtiest track in the house.
